COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Automation Technology 54-09770E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aw-Gear-Meters product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CEM4103T5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 39241U manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JVA60KG75NPT by Manufacturer Aw-Gear-Meters as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bajog-Electronic Brand 8397066 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as CEM769T5 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5PP3200571K05 made by Br as well as the popular E80H3010246L5C original spares produced by Autonics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4PP451057175 by Br and CEM769T5 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P18G387B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
